Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within approximately 4 working days. Processing times may vary due to factors including, but not limited to, high order volumes, stock availability, or unforeseen operational delays.
Where a delay occurs, customers will be notified using the contact details provided at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within up to 14 days. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance procedures, courier performance, and other factors outside of our control.

Futbol Shirt shall not be held liable for delays caused by customs authorities, postal services, or courier providers.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be issued for all orders once dispatched. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking information provided. Tracking details can be accessed via our Tracking page, which links directly to the courier’s tracking platform.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping provider. Futbol Shirt is not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect address details supplied by the customer.
